THE VILLA
Master suite - BEDROOM 1
The master bedroom is located on the upper floor with large windows and private balcony overlooking the beach and the ocean below. It features a king size bed, a double vanity, and a private luxurious jacuzzi in the ensuite, with TV.
BEDROOM 2
Located on the upper floor, with incredible ocean views, this bedroom is set up with a king size bed. It has an adjoining bathroom, which is shared with Bedroom 3.
BEDROOM 3
Located on the upper floor, with incredible ocean views, this bedroom is set up with a king size bed. It has an adjoining bathroom, which is shared with Bedroom 2.
BEDROOM 4
Located on the 1st floor, features a king size bed, a private ensuite bathroom with separate shower, Flat screen TV and leads out to the infinity pool.
BEDROOM 5
Located on ground level, this bedroom has direct access to the beach itself. Furnished with a king size bed and private ensuite with shower.
MASSAGE SALA
Located on the top floor this room has expansive sea views and 2 Massage beds.
Villa Anayara occupies a premium site on Khao Khad Beach, a west coast headland home to Phuket’s most exclusive villas and resorts just 60 minutes from Phuket International Airport. Khao Khad has various restaurants and bars of varying cuisines.
The stunning beachfront villa affords sweeping views of the Andaman Sea and Chalong Bay. There are various islands in view where you can go snorkeling, diving, take day trips to the beach and go shopping.
The villa is 2 minutes away from Tarzan Adventure Park. A highly popular park and a great place to take the kids. Phuket Aquarium is 10 minutes and Phuket Zoo 20 minutes drive away, also both are family friendly attraction is 20 minutes drive.
The stunning Kata beach is 30 minutes away, Karon beach 35 minutes and Nai Harn is 40 minutes drive away.
Patong, with its lively nightlife, cheap shopping and excellent array of cuisines is only 45min drive away.
Bandara Beach Club Resort is 5 minutes from the villa. Phunaka Golf Course is 25 minutes away. There are two large supermarkets within 20 minutes drive of the villa and Bangkok hospital is a 30 minute drive.
Directions
If driving from Phuket Aquarium, continue driving past Royal Navy on left hand side (around 500 meters) take a left turn, up a steep hill (past two villas on right side – on top of the hill, then continue down hill, turn sharp left) come down to a beach on left. Drive past beach and drive up another steep hill, past Baandara hotel on left – drive down the hill, Family Mart is on right, Cloud 19 is on the left hand side, take sharp turn to right, now you see the beach, Khao Khad beach – first hotel on the left hotel X10 Suites, Mybeach Hotel, the moorings villa development, the Waterside Condominium project. It is a very sharp left into the development. Drive straight on and Villa Anayara is on the left.
