Vista Samui sits on an exclusive hillside development of high quality residential homes, with extraordinary views over the ocean and the famous landmark of the Five Islands. The approach to the property gives the first indication of how attractive and well thought out this property is. There’s a covered detached carport to the right and then when you enter through the wooden-gated archway you have a bridge walkway which takes you right up to the imposing entrance.

On opening the doors you see inside and realise what a grand and well laid out property this is. The hallway has two sweeping wooden staircases on either side which wrap up and around to the upstairs landing area and add a sense of glamour to the property.

Directly ahead of the hallway, steps lead down into the large open plan living space which is very light and open with well defined spaces catering to all your holiday needs.

The steps leading down into the lounge form an integral part of the living space with one step extending across the width of the room to form a useful shelving space, whilst the lower step leads off from the central staircase to form two corner seating areas on either side of the room. These sofas are fitted with soft comfortable cushions to match the oversized sofas within the lounge area.

A magnificent low coffee table sits between the sofas, and beyond that there are glass doors leading out onto the terrace and to the pool. To the right of the lounge a small step leads down into a dining area which also has glass doors to the terrace.

Set behind the dining area is very modern and stylish fully fitted kitchen with black granite work surfaces over wooden units. There’s also a central island feature housing the chrome hob.

To the left of the lounge a step takes you down to the guest bathroom and beyond that is the entertainment section of the villa. Parallel to the kitchen is a raised area which has a pool table and a bar. In front of this room is another large lounge where the TV and audio equipment can be found. This room has glass doors wrapping around it with a terrace to the front and glass doors opening out onto the pool terrace on the right.

Outside on this level you’ll find plenty of space for the sun-beds and where to top up your tan, and when the heat gets too much you can cool off in the refreshing blue-tiled infinity swimming pool.

To the right of the pool is a good sized covered sala with relaxing day beds and behind this is a covered outdoor kitchen area, complete with built-in gas barbecue, meaning you can spend as much time as possible outdoors.

Coming back inside and taking the stairs up to the next level, you arrive on a long landing space where there’s access to the three bedrooms. With the staircases winding up on each side this area has a very high, vaulted wooden ceiling and some exceptional artwork adding to the attractive decor.

The first room on the left is the exceptional master-suite. A floating wall separates the bedroom from the walk-in dressing area and an alcove lined with contemporary wooden panelling forms the backdrop for the bed, which faces the simply stunning sea view.

A private balcony looks across the whole property, over the natural mountains and out to the ocean. Passing the dressing area, with built-in wardrobes, there are two doors leading into the indulgent en-suite bathroom. Light coloured marble and tiling creates a luxurious and calming environment which is further enhanced by white twin sinks, a walk-in rain shower and a sunken Jacuzzi bathtub.

The next two bedrooms are linked by yet another luxury bathroom which also has a walk-in shower and sinks mounted on modern units sat either side of a low Jacuzzi bathtub which benefits from a viewpoint window.

One of the bedrooms has twin beds, the other a double, and both share the incredible view and a long balcony which runs across the entire front of both bedrooms.
