The IntraFlash and Total Body Fitness New Year's Health Fair and 5K and 10K running race Event 2 January 2010…

For many tourists and residents of Koh Samui 2010 will start with a headache and a hangover after a weekend of partying and abusing their bodies.

A better way to start your New Year is with the FREE New Years 5K and 10K Fun Runs and Health Fair taking place at The Vinothek, Choeng Mon, Koh Samui on Saturday January 2nd starting at 9 am.

This Free event will start and finish in front of the Vinothek Restaurant and will provide a custom race t-shirt to the first 500 who register for either the 5K or 10K Fun Runs. There will also be a Free Health Fair with health screenings, blood pressure testing and fitness and nutritional counseling - all free of charge. Come out to the Health Fair and learn how to start your New Year with good health and positive habits.

Everyone can join this event also if you don't want to run in the race as there will be entertainments during the day and a New Year Market with local products. The Vinothek Restaurant will serve special menus including health food and for the one who still celebrate the New Year or are enjoying their holiday we will serve our standard menus and the "Day Special"  

The event is being produced by IntraFlash Event Company the event promoter in Koh Samui and Total Body Fitness of California, a Multi-Sport Event company with over 500 events produced in the last 12 years. The two companies are on this event working in a co-operation with the Vinothek, Choeng Mon and Samui Rescue Team.

IntraFlash Event Company and Total Body Fitness are also producing the first annual Koh Samui International Marathon which will take place on February 28th, 2010. This premier running event will attract top runners from around the world with its challenging and scenic course. There will also be a Half Marathon and 5K, as part of the Choeng Mon Beach Festival happening February 26, 27 & 28, 2010.
