PG goes for businessPG offers business class on all flights to Phnom Penh and Maldives.
Bangkok Airways has deployed two-class configured A319s on the Bangkok-Phnom Penh and Bangkok-Maldives routes.
On the Phnom Penh route the change took place, 29 March, along with an additional third daily flight, while the Maldives route will gain business class from 27 April.
Phnom Penh is now served by three daily flights using an A319 configured with business and economy classes. Previously, it used a mix of single class 162-seat A320s and 70-seat ATR-72s for a twice daily service. A319s feature 12 business seats and 108 economy seats.
Meanwhile, frequency to the Maldives remains at twice weekly, on Monday and Thursday, using a two-class A319.
A promotional business-class fares are on sale until 30 June at Bt9,900 to Phnom Penh, excluding taxes and surcharges (US$25 Phnom Penh airport tax and around Bt1,920 in surcharges.)
On the Maldives route, the deal is Bt40,000 excluding taxes and surcharges of around Bt4,540. Bookings are open until 31 July and travel is allowed from 27 April to 31 July with a ticket validity of three-month. www.bangkokair.com
